How much money can I earn?
How much do you want to make? You can earn as much
as $500 per referral and there's no limit on how much
money you can make. We pay at least $500 for each
house you refer to us that we purchase.
What do I have to do?
Simply provide us with property leads. While
you're driving to work, walking the neighborhood, or
running errands, keep your eyes open for signs.
Look for vacant property, unmaintained houses, numerous
newspapers in the driveway, etc. Send us a list of
houses that are For Sale By Owner (FSBO), For Rent By
Owner (FRBO), or vacant.
How Do I Get Started? |
To get started, simply follow this easy 4 step
process outlined below:
1) Register with us:
Complete our
cash reward program registration
form and submit it to us by fax or mail.
We will need your complete name, address, and phone
number so that we know where to mail the checks and how
to reach you. Once we receive your completed,
signed registration form we will send you a
registration confirmation via email. As soon as
you receive your confirmation, you are eligible to
participate in the program. Please note, once your
payouts exceed $600 per calendar year, we are required
by law to issue a 1099 IRS Form.
2) Locate leads:
Locate houses that are For Sale By Owner, For Rent by
Owner, or vacant. Remember, we buy houses in any
area, condition, or price range.
3) Refer your leads to us:
Submit your leads via our
cash reward referral form
by mail or fax. After we send
someone to drive by the house and we review our leads
for duplicates, we will fax or email you a confirmation.
We will notify you of the number of qualified leads received that
are assigned to you.
4) Get paid:
Checks will be mailed to the address you provided shortly after we close on
the house. Once a lead is
assigned to your name, it stays in our records until we
buy the house.
