Who we are:
We are a multi-service real estate investment company that buys, repairs, markets, and sell houses.

We work with buyers, tenant-buyers, and tenants who we can move quickly into a home.  Additionally, we work with other real estate investors who share the same objectives and goals.

After a tenant-buyer moves into a home, we work with them to help resolve credit issues and qualify for a new home loan.  This gives us a larger pool of potential home buyers and allows us to buy and sell quickly.
